Happy 2009 everyone

Hi Friends,
We hope that this day finds you all well. It is a new year, a new beginning, as well as a new chance to show others Jesus through you.
We have spent lots of family time today, and enjoyed just being together. Cuddled under warm blankets, and being couch potatoes... the heat went out yesterday afternoon, and will not be fixed until tomorrow at the earliest... Hopefully there will be a few places open tomorrow so we can get the new part without calling a afterhours service... Daddy already pulled the part, it is an easy part to replace, it is just finding a new part to replace the broken one. So we will see.
On another note... we pray that you each have had a good year, and that 2009 will be even better as you grow closer to Jesus, and make Him your main focus.
Hannah is feeling good this week so far we have had no fever for four days and no migranes for three. She has been up playing and enjoying her christmas goodies, and birthday gifts. Thank you for all the prayers on her behalf, we appreciate them all.
Have a blessed week,
MuchLove and Prayer's,
Lori and girls

Oh my goodness! I know how that can be when the heater goes bust during the winter! Just happened to my mom in MT a couple weeks ago. BRRRRR! Hope that yours is fixed by now! It's wonderful having a man around the house who can fix those things, isn't it? I am so glad that Hannah is feeling better. We will continue to pray for her.

Cards from the girls are a great idea. As a matter of fact, the week before Christmas, my sister-in-law and I were eating at Denny's with the girls. Kylee had made a little card with some of the paper from the table that simply said Merry Christmas and handed it to our waitress. It absolutely made her night and I was so proud of Kylee's kind gesture.

I haven't really made too much jewelery yet. Still kind of playing around with different ideas. I made a lanyard for my name tag at work though and EVERYONE has made tons of comments about it. I am having difficulty with it because it seems a little heavy because of the length and so I need to find a heavy fishing line or something to string the beads on. But, it is lots of fun and keeps my hands mind occupied.

Have a blessed week, Lori!

Good to hear she is fever free right now and able to enjoy so play time. Tell her I am praying for her often! I am still struggling though. My boys being sick has taken its toll on me... Lost sleep three nights in a row and no rest during the days... it is 11 am and i am still laying in bed. Today I must sleep, my eyes are barely open. Blessings to you all in2009! And prayers for fast heat repairs!!
